Introductory 1 hour session allows us to discuss your goals and start putting together a plan to achieving your dreams.

6- 1 hour sessions allow us to put together your plans to achieve your goals and do weekly follow ups. Having someone to coach you, guide you, and break down barriers with you on a weekly basis is empowering, enlightening, and extremely effective.

12- 1 hour sessions give us amazing results, especially if you want to work on a number of goals.  By doing weekly follow ups, you will learn how to break down the barriers that are holding you back from reaching your goals and dreams. We will be with you to guide you every step of the way.
